Charlena "Lena" Harbour

Charlena "Lena" Harbour, 89, of Urbana, died at 7:05 a.m. Tuesday, July 11, 2006, at Heartland of Urbana.

She was born in Magoffin County, Ky., on March 22, 1917, a daughter of the late Johney and Dora Shepperd Patrick. In 1942, she married Ernest R. Harbour and he died in 1983. She also was preceded in death by brothers, Sam Patrick, Walter Patrick, Ollie Patrick, Roy Patrick and Frank Patrick; and sisters, Ruth Sebree and Prudie Patrick.

Survivors include a daughter, Deloris Kibler of Urbana; sons, Marvin R. (Pauline) Harbour of Belle Center and Melvin C. (Deborah) Harbour of Troy; brothers, Ray Patrick of Royalton, Ky., and Robert Patrick of Richmond, Ky.; sisters, Joann Baily and Joy Mullins, both of Royalton, Ky., Lavern Buroker of Bellefontaine, Erma Hoover of New Mexico and Phyllis Marshall of Salyersville, Ky.; 10 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; three aunts; and many nieces and nephews.

A homemaker, she was a member of the Springhills Presbyterian Church.

Pastor Matthew Harbour conducts a graveside service at 11 a.m. Friday in Greenwood-Union Cemetery, DeGraff. Arrangements were handled by Rexer-Riggin-Madden Funeral Home in DeGraff, where condolences may be expressed at www.timeformemory.com/madden.
