An avid NASCAR collector and Notre Dame University fan, he collected Jack Daniels memorabilia. Always quick with a smile and open to sharing his ever-present sense of humor, he loved spending time with his family and friends.

Johnson of Sidney; dozens of cousins and a multitude of friends.

Along with his father, he was preceded in death by two uncles, Richard C. Johnson, of Sidney, Charles Holycross of Texas; and four aunts, Lois Forsythe, Joan Alspaugh, Agnes Murray and Alice Davis.

Funeral services are at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at the Rexer-Riggin-Madden Funeral Home in DeGraff with the Rev. Julia L. Ronngren and the Rev. Terry G. Washburn officiating.

Burial will follow in the Greenwood-Union Cemetery in DeGraff.

May the lord comfort and keep you strong as a family. Kevin loved you all dearly and spoke of his love for you with those who got to know him. He was a great man. I greatly admired him and he will be greatly missed. ...And Dorothy whispered "I THINK I WILL MISS YOU MOST OF ALL". And the Tin man replied,"NOW I KNOW I HAVE A HEART,BECAUSE IT IS BREAKING". The hearts that Kevin touched as he walked this yellow brick road of life WILL MISS HIM MOST OF ALL.
