C. Lucille Heath Roberts Stahler Pickering, 92, of Rosewood, died at 6:25 a.m. Sunday, July 8, 2007, at Heartland of Bellefontaine.
She was born in Logan County on March 11, 1915, a daughter of the late Oliver D. and Lena Yoder Heath. On April 28, 1936, she married Herbert E. Roberts and he died June 11, 1964. She then married Byron Stahler on Dec. 29, 1967, and he passed away March 14, 1973.
On Nov. 1, 1975, she married Gerald B. Pickering and he died April 21, 1981. She also was preceded in death by brothers, Gaylord, Robert, Claude, Duane and Harold Heath; and a sister, Mary Catherine Klauer.
Survivors include a son, H. Michael (Rita Roth) Roberts of Bellefontaine; stepdaughters, Sharron Stahler Fent of Bellefontaine and Cinda Stahler Hammond of Fairborn; brothers, Paul (Betty) Heath and David (LaDonna) Heath, both of Quincy; and a grandchild, Kristin K. Roberts of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
A homemaker, she was a graduate of Quincy High School and was a member of the Philadelphia Lutheran Church.
