Jane Rogers Allen

Jane Rogers Allen, 56, of Quincy, died at 1:05 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2008, in her home.

She was born in Sidney on Oct. 29, 1951, a daughter of Joanne Veach Perkins, who survives in Logansville, and the late Ralph Rogers. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, Bobbie Jean Lump.

On July 22, 1978, she married Roger Allen in DeGraff and he survives, along with sons, Michael Parrett and Bryan (Lisa) Lump, both of Quincy; a daughter, Melissa Davidson of Quincy; stepdaughters, Paula Lysiak and Jyll Oreskovic, both of Cleveland; brothers, Roy Rogers of Logansville and Ray Rogers of Belle Center; 16 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was a homemaker.

Brother Bill Roberts conducts a memorial service at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Rexer-Riggin-Madden Funeral Home, DeGraff, where calling is three hours prior.

Ray, Roy & Joanne, I am sorry to hear of Jane's passing. My heart goes out to all who knew & loved her. I will always remember her beautiful smile, her infectuous laugh and her bubbly personality. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Bryan/Melissa and family, I know as a family we didn't get to spend alot of time with each other but we always knew as family we would be there when one was in need and the same goes for now,Please let me know if there is anything we can do.I will miss Aunt Jane's smilin face but at the same time I know there is no more suffering or pain. My deepest sympathy to all of you...Becky Moon and family

to all of aunt jane's family you're all in my prayers and thoughts. the Lord Jesus said in john 11:25-26. if you beleave in Me you shall never die. and i know jane did beleave in her Lord and accepted Him as Lord and Savior of her heart and i pray all of us will too. I shall see you again someday on the sunny banks of Jordan. I love you all, debbie
