Evelyn Louise Bell, 78, of Quincy, died at 2:00 AM Monday, March 30, 2009, at her residence.

She was born on July 23, 1930, in Shelby County, Perry Township, a daughter of the late Merle and Viola Shroyer Evans. She was also preceded in death by a brother Marvin Evans.

She married Holmes I Bell on April 28, 1951 in Pasco and he survives. Along with 4 sons & daughters in law; Keith (Bonnie) Bell of Bellefontaine, Chuck (Paula) Bell of Quincy, Mike (Diane) Bell of Amesbury, Massachusetts and Randy (Stacey) Bell of Bellefontaine. 8 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

In 1948 she graduated from Perry Twp. High School, in Pemberton. She was a homemaker and member of the Quincy United Methodist Church.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Rexer-Riggin-Madden Funeral Home, DeGraff.

Services will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, April 2, 2009 at Rexer-Riggin-Madden Funeral Home, DeGraff, with Mark Atterholt officiating. Burial is in the Fairview Cemetery, Quincy OH

The family suggest memorial contributions be made to the Quincy United Methodist Church Elevator Fund.

so sorry to read about evelyn in the sidney paper you have my sympathy thanks for being such good neighbors when you farmed beside our trailer and when beverly went to heaven
