Donna Elizabeth Frost, 6 1/2 Months, of De Graff, died at 1:43 AM Monday, June 8, 2009, at her home.
She was born on Wednesday, November 12, 2008, in Columbus, Ohio, a daughter of Gerald "Jerry" Manfred and Leslie Ann Ball Frost who survive in DeGraff. Other survivors include two brothers, Gerald M. "J.J." Frost, Jr. and Michael Frost all of De Graff; paternal grandparents, Robert and Becky Berger of Quincy, paternal great grandparents, John and Shirley Allen of DeGraff; and maternal grandmother, Sally Ball of Bellefontaine.
She was preceded in death by her identical twin sister, Rebekka Ann Frost, who died Friday; another sister, Angel Nichole Frost; paternal grandfather, Michael Frost; maternal grandfather; Byron Ball, Jr.; and maternal great grandparents, Byron and Donna Ball, Sr.
The family will receive friends at the Rexer-Riggin-Madden Funeral Home , De Graff, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 , followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM with Pastor Aaron Francis officiating. Burial is in the Greenwood-Union Cemetery, DeGraff.
