Phil, his brothers and sister, his parents were all our family's neighbors in North Lewisburg so many, many years ago. He was a great high school basketball player, and must have been a truly dedicated educator. My deepest sympathies to you.

Please accept my families condolences. Phil was our principle and superintendent when we were in school. He was good friends with my dad, Terry Baker, from North Lewisburg. Dad has been gone for 5 years now and he is truly missed by all of us. I'm sure Phil is in a better place. Marlea
