1937 - 2011
Marilyn V. (Toots) Krisher, 73, of DeGraff, went home to be with her Lord on April 19, 2011, at 3:50 p.m. surrounded by her family at her home.
She was born in Bellefontaine on September 18, 1937, a daughter of the late Samuel and Maxine Meeker Vaughn. Her sister, Joan Roby also preceded her in death.
She was the loving and dedicated mother of Teresa Krisher, Greg (Becky) Krisher, and Sandra (Matt) Jones all of DeGraff. She found great joy in her five grandchildren, Kyle, Lauren and Erin Krisher, Lee and Drew Jones.
Marilyn was the owner of The Fashion Shoppe in DeGraff for many years. She was a humble servant of Christ who enjoyed gospel concerts with her friends, church events, and time spent with her family and friends.
A private graveside service was officiated by Pastor Peter Faville at Greenwood-Union Cemetery in DeGraff.
The family suggest memorial contributions be made to Universal Home Health and Hospice.

Dear Teresa,
I was so sorry to read of your mother's death. I always so enjoyed going to her shop in DeGraff with my mother - your mother always such "a lady"! Soft spoken, kind and so helpful to mother in choosing an article of clothing. She was the same whenever meeting her over the years. It was such a joy to work with you, Teresa, and know that you were her daughter. I know that you will miss her, but also know that you have so many joyous memories.
Again, we extend our sympathy to you. She lives in you!
In Christ's love,
Donna (Lytle)Jolliff and Darrell.

Dear Sandy and Teresa, We are so deeply saddened to hear of your loss. Our paths did not cross often or routinely but I was always delighted when they did as your Mom was a sweet and lovely lady and I was always encouraged and blessed by contact with her. I have good memories of connecting with her during quiz meet sessions! I will miss seeing her -- I know you will miss her deeply. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
