Versel D. Hooker Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1926 - 2003 AGE: 77 HOOKER, Versel D. Bangor Formerly of Interlochen and Traverese City Passed away Sunday, April 27, 2003 at his daughter’s home. Versel was born March 7, 1926 in Eaton Rapids, the son of G. Roy and Maude (Shoreroft) Hooker. Versel was a U.S. Navy veteran serving in WW II, and was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Surviving are two daughters, Diana Knight of Fort Wayne, IN, Teresa (Robert) Stanton of Bangor; son, Ronald (Colleen) Hooker of Interlochen; 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Genavive Janow of Montery, TN, Glestine Lawrence of Battle Creek. Private family services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Van Buren County. Arrangements by the ADAMS Funeral Home, Paw Paw.
