Passed on to be with the Lord, February 4, 2003 while at home with family at her side. "Aunt Dot” as she was affectionately known, attended St, Paul's United Methodist Church in Lawton and had been a member of the East Van Buren Seniors where she was head of the "Sunshine Committee". Dot loved to travel and had recently been to Nevada and West Virginia. Her love for camping led to many summers spent at Schnable Lake Campground in Martin, Michigan. Although she enjoyed camping and traveling, her first love was her family. Dot worked as a C.N.A. at Tendercare Nursing Home in Oshtemo from 1970 until her retirement in April of 1999. She was born July 9, 1926 in Montpelier, Indiana the daughter of Everett and Lillie Ellison (Van Camp). On January 5, 1945 she was united in marriage to Bernard C. Lull who preceded her in death on October 8, 1984. She was also preceded in death by her son William 3 sisters Violet, Beulah and Helen and by a brother, Floyd. She is survived by 3 children Judy Galloway of Plainwell, Thomas W. (Kathy) Lull of Paw Paw and Gary D. (Lisa) Lull of Lawton, 9 grandchildren Tammy (Jerry) Bohl of Otsego, Mark (Martha Rohrbacher) of Lawton, Kim (Steven Triemstra) Lull of Kalamazoo, Mandy, David and Jessica Moore of Lawton, 4 great grandchildren Justin, Jacob, Jeremy and Sierra, 2 brothers Howard "Pal" Ellison of Plainwell, Roy Ellison of Hamilton and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Her fiancé, Robert J. Koopman of Lawton, also survives her. Family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday February 6th at Adams Funeral Home 504 W Michigan Ave, Paw Paw where funeral services will be held Friday February 7, 2003, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Ron Brooks of St. Paul's United Methodist Church officiating. Internment Oak Grove Cemetery, Lawton. Memorials in her memory may be made to Hospice of Van Buren County and/or The West Michigan Cancer Center.
