Passed away Tuesday morning, Jan. 14, 2003 at LakeView Continuing Care Center, Lawton. Josephine was born June 17, 1917 in Painesdale, MI the daughter of Frank and Mary (Pinter) Stiglich and moved to Paw Paw with her family in 1919. She was a beautician working in Kalamazoo and then Florida before her retirement. Surviving are sister, Frances M. Witte of Paw Paw; 2 brothers, Peter and Dr. George Stiglich, DDS, both of Paw Paw; nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Josephine was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Jack and Frank Stiglich, Sr; and 3 sisters, Antonia Kowal, Catherine Kreie and Anna Pinter. Family will receive friends this evening (Wednesday) 6-8 p.m. at the ADAMS Funeral Home, Paw Paw where funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 16, 2003, 11 a.m. with Rev. Mark Whittaker officiating. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Paw Paw. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Van Buren County.
