Passed away Friday evening, Jan. 31, 2003 at his home. Bill was born April 14, 1936 in Kalamazoo the son of the late George and Mary Ellen (Wetherall) Weston. He was employed in the shipping department of James River Corp. until his retirement on October 31, 1990. Bill was a life member of the Kalamazoo Eagles Aerie # 526, loved deer hunting and working on a farm. On October 29, 1965 in Plainwell, MI Bill was united in marriage to the former Carol J. Tomb who survives. Also surviving are a brother, Claude (Sandy) Weston of Gobles; 3 sisters, June Graft of South Bend, IN, Sally (Jerry) Herschleb of Three Rivers, MI and Judy (Dan) Dinda of Kalamazoo; many nieces and nephews. 3 brothers, Robert, Vernon and David Weston, preceded Bill in death. Family will receive friends, Monday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the ADAMS Funeral Home, Paw Paw where funeral services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2003, 11 a.m. with Pastor Dan Spicer of the Light House Baptist Church, Bangor officiating. Interment will be in Genessee Prairie Cemetery, Oshtemo. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Fund or Hospice of Van Buren County.
