Passed away Saturday morning, August 16, 2003 at her home. Sally Jean was born August 26, 1930 in Battle Creek, MI the daughter of the late John W. and Flora (Heighton) Wyman. She was a graduate of State High School, Kalamazoo Class of 1948 and was a secretary for Checker Cab Company in Kalamazoo following graduation. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Paw Paw and loved golfing, gardening and sewing clothes for dolls. On April 17, 1953 in Allegan Sally Jean was united in marriage to James Edward Glidden who preceded her in death on March 28, 2003. Surviving are 4 daughters, Nancy (Mark) Seymour of Pittsburg, PA, Terri (Russ) Vermurlen of Grand Rapids, MI, Barbara (Jay) Newhouse of Portage, MI and Anne (Michael) Schanz of Decatur, MI; 2 sons, Timothy (Beth Ann) Glidden and Michael (Cherri) Corning of Kalamazoo; 15 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Family will receive friends Monday 6-8 p.m. at the ADAMS Funeral Home, Paw Paw where funeral services will be held Tuesday 11 a.m. with Pastor Buddy Turner officiating. Interment in Genesee Prairie Cemetery, Oshtemo. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church, Paw Paw or Borgess Hospice/Visiting Nurses. So sorry to see Sally's name in the obituaries. She and Jim were
wonderful people who will be missed. Heaven must be in its Glory. May God ease the pain of the family.
