Passed away Friday, October 3, 2003 at Tendercare of Kalamazoo. Joseph was born January 1, 1917 in Hibbing, MN the son of Andrew and Frances (Paver) Ozanich. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army Air Force as a military policeman. He was employed by Eaton’s Manufacturing Co. in Lawton until closing and then for Paw Paw Plating until his retirement in 1976. Joseph enjoyed his time at his Miller Court residence with new found friends and acquaintances. He also enjoyed wild life, his yard and garden and his grand-dogs. In October of 1953 Joseph was united in marriage to Anna W. Rapacz who preceded him in death in August of 1976. Besides his wife and parents, 2 sisters, Frances Swetish and Agnes Drazich, and 3 brothers, Andrew, Albert and Edward Ozanich preceded Joseph in death. Surviving are a son and spouse, Steve and Sherry Ozanich of Kalamazoo. There will be no visitation or service as cremation has taken place. Memorial contributions may be made to the Miller Court Tenant Activities Fund thru the funeral home. Arrangements by Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw.
