Joan was my step-sister, but I felt she was more like a sister. She was so proud of her sons and their accomplishments. Joan enjoyed flowers and working in her yard when the weather permitted. Her beautiful handiwork of afghans and other items showed the care and love she put into everything she did. I will miss her so much.

I will miss her greatly! She has been my sister since 1960 and after Mom passed on, we became VERY close. She would do anything for me and I for her! She loved to talk about her two sons and their accomplishments! She was VERY proud of both of them. I have known Joanie since the early 1940's when her Mom used to let me play with her dolls. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her! God Bless her soul! Love, Aunt Patti & Uncle Don
