Passed away Wednesday, January 07, 2004 at home. Jill was born August 1, 1958 in South Bend, IN the daughter of John and Phyllis (Skinner) Hook. She was a member of the Four Winds Fellowship of Decatur. Surviving are daughter, Leticia Moffit of Paw Paw; son, Carlos Ruiz of Paw Paw; mother, Phyllis Parish of Ft. Worth, TX; sister, Amanda J. Hook of Lawton; brother, John M. Hook of Dallas, TX; half-brother, Donald Mark Parish of Las Vegas, NV; aunt, Lila Shisler of South Bend; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends will be received Monday 1:30-2:30 p.m. at the ADAMS Funeral Home, Paw Paw, where services will be held at 2:30 p.m. with Pastor Delbert C. Ritchie, Officiating. I am sorry to hear of Jill's passing-she was always so full of life, no matter what! I knew her many years ago, before she married and had kids. I met Jill and Mandy through a mutual friend, Steve Tate-he is also gone now too. I didn't see Jill too often, but I will miss catching up on things with her-she was a one of a kind good lady. I am truly sorry she is gone.
