Passed away March 15, 2004, at Tendercare of Kalamazoo. George was born October 28, 1926 in East Chicago, IN the son of Onsen and Mary (Moritz) German. He was a WW II veteran serving in the U.S. Army & Navy. Surviving are 2 daughters, Mary (Neil) Boff of Paw Paw, Susan (Mark) Cote of East Pointe, MI; son, Fred (Lisa) German of Ida; sister, Mary (Harold) Bell of Royal Oak; 3 brothers, Richard (Alva) German of Troy, Larry (Vonnie) German of Battle Creek, Bob (Sharon) German of Rochester, MI; grandchildren, Rob and Jessica Boff, Kristi and Jeff Rank, Eric Boff, Alison Boff, Jason, Josh, Felicia, Jacob and Lucas German, Jennifer Mannes, Brian and Steve Clancy; good friend and former wife, Geraldine German of St. Clair Shores; good friend Charlotte Newsome of Los Angeles, CA. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11 am at the Knox Presbyterian Church in Harrison Twp., MI. Interment will be in Ft. Custer National Cemetery.
