Went to be with the Lord Monday morning, Sept. 27, 2004 at her home. Frances was born Nov. 13, 1925 in Paw Paw the daughter of the late Russell and Maude (Sirrine) Nash. Frances loved collecting frogs, reading, shopping, but most of all her family. On May 8, 1944 in Scotts Bluff, Nebraska, Frances was united in marriage to Eugene Berg who preceded her in death on Oct. 17, 2000. She was also preceded in death by 2 sons, Larry and Scott Berg, sister Alberta White. Surviving are 3 children, Ron Berg of Kalamazoo, Pat Sellinger of Kalamazoo and Bonnie (Dave) Nelson of Paw Paw. 5 grandchildren, Larry Berg, Michelle Sellinger, Beth Berg-Chapman, Sarah Nelson and Amanda Nelson; 2 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Evelyn White of Lawton, Joan Jungle of Paw Paw and Carol Phelps of Cedar Springs; brother, Irwin Nash of California; several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Wednesday 2-4 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw where funeral services will be held at 4:30 p.m. with Rev. Randy Burnett officiating. Cremation will follow. Interment of Cremains will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Paw Paw. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assoc. or the American Cancer Society.
