When I think of Mare--I smile! She was such a positive influence in my life. She was a listening ear to a young teenager, she helped teach me to cook and sew, she gave advice when needed, she shared her contagious laughter, shared her love of pets, and made all children feel special. Mare will be missed here on earth! She touched the heart and lives of many and I'm sure that she is already dancing among the angels and making everyone welcome in heaven. Thank you, Mare, for being a part of my life. May God bless your family. Carol Millard Roose

Mari always had a great laugh, if you heard it once, you knew it was Mari. Whatever her problems, she had a smile and so willing to help others. She was my sister's sister-in-law, so have known her for over 50 years. I have not lived in Paw Paw for many years, but she is one of the warm memories connected to Paw Paw and Rainbow Lanes. My sincere condolences to all her family. She will be missed not just by her family but all of us who knew her.
