Angelina, I haven't had a chance to post anything until today. I just wanted to say that if you need someone to talk to you can call on us. Dan and Doug were good friends and I am so happy I had the chance to get to know Doug, he always put a smile on everyones face, and always had a joke to crack. I am glad you and I became friends also and hope that you still call to hang out. I know that you must be going through a lot right now, and I hope you the best.
Love, Mari McEndarfer

Doug's Mom, Jill, has become my best friend and for that I am grateful. My own son passed over 2 years ago so I do truly know how it feels to "lose" a child. However, I have come to believe that we don't really "lose" anyone, although it certainly feels like it. I believe that we are eternal spirits having a temporary experience here on Earth. That is what has allowed me to survive the passing of my son's physical presence, and I hope that in time that will be of comfort to you too, Jill. I love you. ~ Linda

Thank you to everyone who attended the services on Wednesday (and to all thought coulnd't be there but wanted to. I was glad to see everyone, although it was tough to see all of Doug's friends without Doug. If you're driving don't forget to crank your stereo and peel out once in a while for Doug.
