Passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at Bronson Methodist Hospital, Kalamazoo. Geraldine was born, November 14, 1923 in Bloomington, IN the daughter of Charles and Sara (May) Young. Geraldine retired as a secretary for the Van Buren County Child Protective Services; she was a member of the East Arlington Baptist Church. She was united in marriage to Armand Gagnon in Lawrence who preceded her in death in 1997. Surviving are 3 daughters, Susie (Leon) Perkins-Reeder of Sand Springs, OK, Lori Perkins of Mattawan, Kristy (John) Perkins-Milchick of Boston, KY; 1 son, Gary Perkins of Canyon Country, CA; 6 grandchildren, Troy, Heidi, Shayla, Katrina, Ryan, Chelsea; 2 great-grandsons, Aidan and Camden; 1 sister, Avice Rodda of Villa Park, IL. She was preceded in death by a sister and brother. A memorial service will be held, Sunday 1:30 pm at East Arlington Baptist Church, Pastor Glen Cowles, officiating. Interment will be in Bloomington, IN. Memorial contributions may be made to the Van Buren County Humane Society. Arrangements by ADAMS Funeral Home, Paw Paw.
