Passed away Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 21, 2005 at Lakeview Continuing Care Center in Lawton. Kate was born October 9, 1916 in Painesdale, MI the daughter of the late John and Mary (Delach) Mance. Kate loved gardening and bowling. On June 8, 1939 in South Bend, IN, Kate was united in marriage to William T. Osborne who preceded her in death on Nov. 27, 1982. She was also preceded in death by a son, Thomas Osborne and a brother, Nick Mance. Surviving are 2 sons, Ronald L. (Connie) Osborne, and Jerry L. (Bonnie) Osborne; daughter Margaret (Donald) Brooks all of Mattawan; 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Monday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw where funeral services will be held on Tuesday 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Mattawan. Memorial contributions may be made to Lakeview Continuing Care Center Activity Fund or the Van Buren County Red Cross.
