Virginia Darling Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1936 - 2006 Age: 69 DARLING, Virginia L. "Ginny" Lawton Passed away Saturday afternoon, January 14, 2006 at Bronson Methodist Hospital, Kalamazoo. Virginia was born May 20, 1936 in Cassopolis, MI the daughter of the late Ruby and Flossie (Ulam) Moon. On June 26, 1954 in Paw Paw, Virginia was united in marriage to George L. Darling who survives. Also surviving are five children, Ricky (Rachel) Darling of Lawton, Diane (Thomas) Petersen of South Haven, Stanley (Mary) Darling of Lawton, Ron (Lisa) Darling of Lawton, Sharon Huckaba of Lawton, 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; two brothers, George (Beverly) Moon of Paw Paw and David (Jean) Moon of Whitehall, MI; three sisters, Betty Raymond of Lawton, Mary Prehn of Lawton and Linda (Donald) Ampey of Paw Paw; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four brothers, John, Ruby, Todd and Robert Moon and a sister, Ella Wilcox. Family will receive friends Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 11 a.m. at the Evangelical Mennonite Church, Lawton with Rev. Brad Belcher officiating. Interment to follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Lawton. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan.
