After a prolonged illness, Bob's heart failed him on Tuesday morning, March 21, 2006 and went home to be with the Lord. Bob was born March 10, 1952 in Kalamazoo, MI. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles "Chick" and Marianne (Dillon) McNeill and youngest brother Michael McNeill. Bob was a 1971graduate of Paw Paw High School, an ardent University of Michigan fan, loved outdoors and working in vineyards, bowling, sports, and important was time with friends and family. He was a member of St Mary's Catholic Church, Paw Paw. Surviving are 3 (three) brothers, Dan (Cathy) McNeill of Mattawan, Bill (Phyllis) McNeill of Lawrence and Bob's twin brother Tom (Suzanne) McNeill of Jackson; nieces Shayna (McNeill) Hughes, Meichelle (McNeill) Martin; nephews Kelly Parker and Bill Phebus; 2 (two grand neices) 3 (three grand nephews). Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held Saturday, April 8th 3 p.m. at St. Mary's Cemetery Paw Paw with Rev. Fr. Robert F. Creagan officiating. Arrangements are by the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or Paw Paw High School Athletic Fund c/o the funeral home. |

My deepest sympathies to the entire McNeill family. I learned a lot about Bob from his twin brother Tom. May the Lord comfort you all in this time of loss.
