I remember Ethel very well. My mother, and Ethel's mother-in-law, Mable Dillon, were sisters. I remember going to their home, a victorian frame, on a corner in Paw Paw, and later a very modern structure. She always seemed like such an organized, busy person, very nicely dressed. I am sorry to all of you for her loss.

To Mrs. Dillon's family: It was a long time ago the Bush family and Dillon family lived near each other in Paw Paw but I have many memories of your family in that house just "kitty-corner" from ours on St. Joseph St. What a long and productive life your Mother and Grandmother lived and you must have happy thoughts over that.

I have very fond memories of the Dillon Family, and will cherish them all.
Living with Dick, Ethel, Dick, Patty, Michael, and Mary Jane came along just before I left, were wonderful years, I was treated just like family.
They made it all possible for me to spend my high school years, 1945 thru 1947 at Paw Paw, that I have always been very thankful for.
My thoughts and prayers go out to you all, she was one Grand Lady.
Love, Eileen (Rice) Thomas
