Count me among the many touched by this man's wonderful heart - like many of the others posting here, I never met Tom (Monte) face-to-face, but I enjoyed his ability to share of himself and his woodworking knowledge with others on BT3Central. My deepest condolences to his family - especially Kyle - I hope you can all take comfort in knowing how many lives he touched. May he rest in peace.

Dear Jeanne and Family, My deepest sympathy to you and your family. Through my Dad, Bob Howard, and your Mom, Reba, I used to keep up on your family through the years. I enjoyed visiting with Tom just recently at the class reunion. He was a kind and caring person. Thinking of all of you at this time of sadness. Sincerely, Linda Howard Barkalow

Jeanne, I am absolutely speechless (Mom called last night, right after she heard). Telling you that I am so sorry, seems inadequate. Saying that he is in a 'better place', sounds so empty. I do want you to know that you have all of your family and friends, especially Kathy. :) God Bless you all. You are in my heart and prayers. Love ya, Karen

Thomas Drake - we knew him as Monte at the www.bt3central.com woodworking forum, was a frequent post contributor and friend to all who congregated at this on-line venue. It was obvious that he spent a lot of time at this forum, another life for many of us woodworkers. We are saddened by his untimley death and will miss him greatly. My condolences to the family and esp. Kyle who shares his love of Woodworking. LC
