Passed away suddenly, Monday evening April 3, 2006 at the Bronson Methodist Hospital., Kalamazoo. Barbara was born May 25, 1956 in Bay City, MI the daughter of Clemens & Madeline (Kroll) Irion. Barbara was employed by the State of Michigan working at. the Department of Agriculture. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Paw Paw. On April 7, 1984 she was united in Marriage to Raymond Balzer at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Unionville, MI Surviving are, Husband Raymond, two Daughters Margaret & Rose both at home. Her Mother Madeline Irion of Sebewaing, MI a Sister, Martha (Jeff) Pearce of Long Grove Iowa and a Brother Timothy (Sandy) Irion of Sebewaing, MI. And several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces & Nephews. The family will receive friends at the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw on Thursday 3-5 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at the Trinity Lutheran Church at 11 a.m. on Friday . Rev. Mark Whittaker. Barbara will Lie in State at the Church after 10 a.m. Burial will take place at the Demerest Cemetery at Unionville, MI at a later date. The family suggests that Memorials be made to the Scholarship Fund of Trinity Lutheran School The family is being served by the ADAMS FUNERAL HOME of PAW PAW 269 657-6347.
