Passed away peacefully Saturday evening, September 30, 2006 at her home. Mary was born November 12, 1922 in Chicago, IL the daughter of the late Thomas and Margarite (Magiera) Kulpa. Mary was employed at St. Julian Winery in Paw Paw and was a member of the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ, Paw Paw. She loves crocheting and crossword puzzles. On April 4, 1940 in Chicago, IL Mary was united in marriage to Clement Krakowski who preceded her in death on August 21, 2003. She was also preceded in death by a son, Dennis Clement Krakowski, Sr. and 4 brothers. Surviving are a daughter, Vivian (Leo) Williams of Pine Grove W.VA.; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren, sister, Cecelia DuBose of Northlake, IL; daughter-in-law, Marilyn Krakowski of Brunswick, GA. There will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held Thursday, Oct. 5, 2006, 1:30 p.m. at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, MI. Memorial contributions may be made to Van Buren County Hospice. Arrangements are by the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw.
