Robert D. Detienne Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1919 - 2007 Age: 87 DETIENNE, Robert D. Waldron Drive Lawton Passed away Wednesday morning, June 6, 2007 at Lakeview Continuing Care Center, Lawton. Robert as born November 5, 1919 in Wisconsin the son of the late Harold and Eva (Wallace) Detienne. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Coast Guard and was the manager of a Jewel Food Store in Illinois until his retirement. He loved golfing fishing and making dried flower arrangements for his friends and neighbors. On January 15, 1991 Bob was united in marriage to Ruth Rose-Kiggans who survives. Also surviving are 2 daughters, Nancy Montana Drell and Linda O’Leary; son Robert Detienne all of IL; step-children, Ronald Kiggans and Perry James Kiggans both of Paw Paw and Connie Rayborn of Lawton; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers. A memorial service will be held Saturday, 1 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
