Tony passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at his home in Florida after a long illness. He was born August 4, 1941 in East Chicago, IN the son of John and Eleanor (Pendowski) Staniszewski. He was a machinist and electrician and operated a business in building racing performance motor cycles in Florida. Surviving are a daughter, Stephanie (David) Brown of Salinas, CA; 2 grandchildren, Natalie and Gavin; his mother, Eleanor Staniszewski of Paw Paw ; sisters, Judy Guathier of Paw Paw and Becky Loveliss of Glenwood Springs, CO; 3 brothers, John (Carol) Staniszewski of Aiken, SC, Paul of Paw Paw and Dominic of Houston, TX; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, John and a brother Charles passed away on Feb. 4, 2008. Cremation has taken place in Florida and interment of cremains will be in St. Marys Cemetery, Paw Paw at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kalamazoo Human Society.
