Paul passed away Sunday, Feb. 10, 2008 at his home. He was born August 13, 1943 in Niles, MI the son of the late Charles and Oradessa (Wiles) Lyons. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a truck driver for the U.S. Postal service. Surviving are a daughter, Tiffany (Lucio) Gomez of Lawrence; 2 grandchildren, Rosa Ramirez and Aaron Gomez of Lawrence; sister, Judy (Robert) Bundy of Dowagiac, MI; several nieces and nephews; step-mother, Bessie Lyons of Harrison, MI; and a sister-in-law, Pat Lyons of Elkhart, IN. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Dale and Lyman Lyons. Family will receive friends Thursday 6-8 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw where funeral services will be held Friday, 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Fort Custer National Cemetery with military honors. Memorial contributions may be made to the Grand Rapids Veterans Home.
