Jan, I am so sorry to hear of your grandmother's passing. She was always a very sweet person. I can still remember going over to her house with my Grandmother Smith! It has been over 10 years since grandmother died and I still think about her almost every day! I know you will miss your grandmother just as much. Daddy asked me to let you know he is thinking about you and would love to hear from you. I pray that knowing she is in a better place eases your grief. Lisa

I am the grandaughter of Carrie and Edward McAfee. My dad,Roy, and Homer were very close growing up. Lantie was such a sweet person and we loved to visit with them. She was working for Dr.Powell when my son had his first dental checkup. She also made the first Cathderal quilt I had ever seen and did beautiful work. I am so sorry to learn of her passing, but know she is at peace. Please accept my family's condolences and know you are in our prayers. May God bless you all. Catherine McAfee Lowery

Mother passed away after a long, hard fight, to rest in peace with
her son Bill and husband Homer.
We will grieve but know that she is in a better place and no longer
has to suffer.
