I just learned of Momma Waldo's death. She was one of my favorite people. We had a lot of fun together as neighbors. I'm sure all you kids will miss her. She always had a smile for you and very upbeat. My love to all the family, our family sends our prayers to all of you.

Helen Waldo was the first adult to ever throw her arms around me and say "I love you".
She gave me hope that I would have a better life in the future, and for that, I thank her. I held onto that hope and made my life a happy one.
She put up with my teenage angst and arrogance, always with a smile, a glass of Lambrusco and a smoke. I loved her like a Mother and will always remember and cherish her.

Just want to let the family know how sorry I am to hear of Helen's death. I've known most of you for several years, do to driving you on the school bus. Your mom was a wonderful lady, always had you out for the bus on time. When ever I ran into her in a store, she was always friendly and happy to relate what all the family was doing. She was a lady always with a smile for me. God Bless each and every one of you.

I am very sorry to hear of Helen's passing. I had the pleasure of running into her a couple of years ago and we had a nice long chat about what we had been doing the last 20 years. I'm glad that I got to see and talk to her again. Lots of memories. My condolences to family and friends. Nan
