I knew Earl as "Junior" many years ago when we were both quite young. For yers my aunt and I spent every August in South Haven, Michigan. The years passed with occasional calls and letters. Our friendship was renewed in 1951 when we both worked in Chicago. After he married, he always spoke so highly of his family, Suzanne, and his children. He was one of the kindest, caring, honest men I have ever known. A Christian! I've been blessed to now hear from Suzanne. My life has been enriched by my friendship with Earl....and now with Suzanne.

Earl was a dear cousin of mine and I have some great memories of playing together on the farm with him when our family visited in Mattawan. I will never forget once exploring an empty farm house with him as kids and feeling quite naughty! My sympathy to Sue and the family! With love, Ardis
