Don, so sorry to hear about Helen's passing. I will always remember all the Christmas Eve's we all spent with you and Helen and all your visits to our house. I still remember the ice cream house Helen gave to me after I had my tonsils out. Remember thoughts and prayers are with you now. Love Sherry

If there were ever a twosome it was Don and Helen. I never thought of one without the other. I met them about 20 years ago. In their 70's they were vivacious and spunky, and made their voices heard. I met Helen at a Paw Paw Village Council meeting, where her and Don were voicing comment, and I couldn't help but smile. After that I would see them taking their daily stroll through the village, hand-in-hand, and again I would smile. They are the true picture of devotion. I was lucky enough to know them and learn from them, and strike up a wonderful relationship with them. Time kept getting away from me over the past 10 years, and I didn't spend as much time with them as I would have liked. They are quite the gad-abouts, however, which again made me smile. It was only three weeks ago, I stopped in to find them going out the door as I started to knock. Truly devoted, truly loved, and truly missed and remembered.
