Just wanted to personally reflect how I felt about my Aunt Maria. I have lived away from Lawton for over 10 years but evertime I saw Maria I was always greeted with a warm smile, hug, and kiss. What I appreciated the most about her was the genuine warmth and love she had for me and my family. Maria was a person who helped my mom greatly after my dad's death...I appreciate how she always stood by my mom and our family and was there in the best of times and the saddest of times. We are all blessed to have known such a sweet and loving person. Although we are all sadden by her departure, I would like her family to know although we have lost such a beautiful soul we will one day be together again.
