Passed away at the Hospice of Cincinnati after a brief illness on November 9, 2008. She was born in Buffalo NY on December 3, 1921, the daughter of Frank and Josephine Bojanowski. She attended St. Michaels Elementary and High School in Chicago. She married the love of her life, Edmund Wisniewski in Chicago and they celebrated 54 years together before his passing in 1995. She was an exceptional homemaker and cook who loved playing bingo and cards with her friends. She was the devoted mother of Ernest (Mary) Wisniewski and Charmaine (Steve) Sullivan, all of West Chester, Ohio , proud grandmother of Wayne and Kevin Wisniewski and Sean Sullivan, great-grandmother of Rose, Eva, Jack, Thomas, and Luke Wisniewski. She also was a dear sister of Julia Rainey of Las Vegas and a loving aunt and friend to many. She was a member of the Paw Paw Senior Citizens, the Polish Womens Alliance, and St. Marys Church in Paw Paw. Services and burial will be in Paw Paw, MI. Visitation will be from 9-1130AM Saturday at Adams Funeral Home in Paw Paw, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Marys Church in Paw Paw at Noon. Interment will be at St. Marys Cemetery in Paw Paw. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of SW Michigan, Paw Paw Blue Star Mothers, or the Maple City Veterans Memorial in care of Adams Funeral Home, 502 W. Michigan Ave., Paw Paw MI 49079.

My Auntie Virgie was always such a loving woman. She will be greatly missed. She had a way of making everyone around her feel loved and cared for. I also loved the way she used to spoil me and my sisters. I have very fond memories of her and miss her dearly.

My deepest sympathies are with you. Virg was a wonderful caring person. We had lots of fun playing bunko. She was always thinking of others. She will be missed by all who knew her.
