To all the family of Jim, Pat and I want to express our sincere condolendence. Jim hired me when I was in the 11th grade to bag. I barrowed $100. after High school to go to Fl. It took me some years later to paid my debt after I got married, my good friend reached in is wallet and torn up the note. I loved Jim as a friend. We often rode USAir down to Charlote together on his way to the Keys and I to Hilton Head. We had some great times just talking at the Shopping Center or on the plane. I will miss him as I know your all will. Love to all, Clarke and Pat Rieck

Thank you, Mr. Imus for your kindness, generosity and years of service to the community and people of Paw Paw and the surrounding area. My Dad enjoyed working for you so much and our family has many memories of happy days at the Shopping Center. As we grew up and shopped at the store ourselves it was like coming "home" because that kindness and friendliness were always present. Our deepest sympathy to all the Imus family.
Our hearts will never forget Jim Sr. Love, Linda Barkalow

Jim was such a pillar in our community. What a joy it was to see him stocking his aisle every day, visiting with everyone while working. Jim Jr. and Marv carried on their dad's legacy with such honor at the Shopping Center.....and it was a great day when I could visit with all three while shopping. Paw Paw is indebted to Jim Sr. for his development of the Paw Paw Shopping Center. His spirit will live on in all of our hearts. Our love and thoughts are with the whole family. It was because of him we were able to share so many fond memories and we are eternally thankful. Rest well Mr. Imus, we love you.
