Misty passed away suddenly Saturday morning, February 14, 2009. She was born April 22, 1971 in Hammond, IN the daughter of Roy and Barbara (Tyrka) Evans. She was employed as a cashier at the Paw Paw Taco Bell. Surviving are 3 children, Meghan Holleman, Vikki Herring and Madison Evans all of Paw Paw; mother, Barbara Evans of Paw Paw; 2 sisters, Gail Lynn (Dennis) Hensley of Hammond, IN, Tammy (Roy) Barnett of Battle Creek; brother, Roy D. Evans of Paw Paw; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Evans and a sister, Mindy Sue Evans. Family will receive friends Wednesday evening 5-7 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw where funeral services will follow the visitation at 7 p.m. with Rev. Joe Spackman officiating. Cremation will follow the services. Memorial contributions may be directed to her children in care of Barbara Evans. |

To the family
I was very sorry to read Ms.Evans passed away, I have not met the family personally but it's my hope that you gain the needed strength to endure, because when we lose someone we love the loss seems too great to bear. However remembering Jesus gave his own perfect life as the basis for removing from mankind the curse of imperfection, sickness and death is a comforting thought. The bible says, Soon God will wipe out every tear from our eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away&Revelation 21:4
I hope it will give the family comfort too. My deepest sympathy to the family.

I know you girls probably don't remember me but, Iworked with your Mom at Amoco. She was a wonderful woman and I am happy I got toknow her. She sure was a little spit fire. I am sorry for your lose I will keep you in my prayers and thoughts.

Misty was a very good friend to me. She was one of the most caring people I have ever met. She always so worried about the people she cared about and gladly put everyone else's happiness before her own. I miss her so very much. I love you Misty and I will carry you in my heart forever.

Misty was always a good person to everyone that crossed her path. She will be dearly missed. I can't imagine how painful this is to her children and family.. My deepest condolences.
