I met Marilyn many years ago when my children attended school with her grandchildren Kris, Kelly, Kari, Michael, Sarah, and Nathan. We all lived within a mile of each other. What a gracious lady full of love and life. She was Grandma Carr to all those who knew her and had a freezer full of Congo Squares everytime someone visited. I am proud to have had the opportunity to share in her life; many fond memories. I'm sure she's happy to be by Elm's side once more and in a place where she can watch over all of us. God be with you Marilyn. Love you.

So sorry to hear about Aunt Marilyn passing away. I always remember her making "the best" hot chocolate. I make one of her potato dishes frequently. I have always called them "Aunt Marilyns Potatos" and they are always a favorite everytime I make them.

I am so sorry for your loss, Carr family. I will always remember your Mom's kindness and that twinkle that was in her eye. When I remember her, all I think of is joy. She knew exactly what to say to everyone, whether young or old, and her love of God and family was evident in everything she did. May you find peace in happy memories and treasure her love.
Sincerely,
The Kamerman Family

I went to school with Marilyn's boys and met her when her mom was at Park Place. Marilyn was one of the nicest people I've ever met. I'm so sorry to hear of her passing but know she's our Guardian Angel now. Please know I'm keeping her family in my thoughts and prayers and in my heart too!

Betty and myself are saddened by the news of Mern's passing. We have wonderful memories of her, especially her outlook on life, interest in others, and especially her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Truly a great cousin. Although we saw her infrequently, she will be remembered as years pass by......
