1956 - 2011
 Robert "Danny" King at the age of 55 went to be with his Father in Heaven safe in the arms of Jesus on Monday, July 18, 2011 in Kerrville Texas in a local care center. He was born on February 04, 1956 in Durango Colorado to Bill and Marcella King. Danny graduated from Midland Collage with a major in English and Speech and he went on to North Texas University with a degree in Social Psychology. He was on debate teams, and he earned his Peer group certificate and taught the Changes Group in Social Behavior. In his younger years he enjoyed skiing, he was the top salesman thirteen times for Dotson Datsun in Midland. He was a native of Midland until he moved to Kerrville in 1980. Danny did motivational speeches at the Midland Theater on Social Behavior and other pubic speaking as will. He was a member of Southern Oaks Baptist Church in Kerrville. Danny enjoyed his family and being with his friends, BBQ, and he wrote many articles and they were published. He is preceded in death by his father Bill King in 1986 and sister Tami King 2001. Danny is survived by daughter Cecilia King of Hazlehurst, Mississippi; mother Marcella Duncan of Kerrville, Texas; sisters Teri Samples and Toni King Mackey both of Kerrville, Texas; nephew Brandon Scott Samples; great nephew Adam Christopher Samples and many of family members and friends who love him will miss him. Visitation will be held 10am until 8pm, Sunday, July 24, 2011 at Wright's Funeral Parlor with the family greeting guest from 6pm until 8pm. Funeral services will be held 11am, Monday, 25, 2011 at Southern Oaks Baptist Church in Kerrville with Pastor Taylor officiating and Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery in Kerrville. Arrangements are under the care of Wright's Funeral Parlor in Kerrville.

My sympathy goes out to the family of danny.He was a good friend.Ihave known danny for many years.He will be deeply missed by everyone that loved him.Again i am sorry for your loss.
