Mr. James Frank Witcher, age 72, of 1636 Mt. Zion Rd., Carrollton passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2004. Mr. Witcher was born in Haralson County on September 1, 1931.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Anna Irene Williams Withcer of Carrollton; one daughter, Mrs. Deborah Waldorf of Graham, FL; two sons, Mr. Bobby Leonard Witcher of Jacksonville, FL and Mr. Harold Eugene Witcher of Carrollton; one sister, Mrs. Ella Dees Lowery of Columbus; two brothers, Mr. Leonard Harold Witcher of Marietta and Mr. Dewey Lee Evans of Macon; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 7, 2004 at 3:00 P.M. from the Graveside at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Lizella, GA. Interment will follow in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Lizella, GA with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Winford Smith, Doyle Holloway, Casey Witcher, Bryan Withcer, Chip Witcher, Brian Witcher.
Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
