Mrs. Cleo Victoria Evans Hoak, age 69, of 3641 Coppermine Rd., Temple passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2004. Mrs. Hoak was born in Cobb County on October 5, 1934. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Alonzo Evans and the late Mrs. Pauline Cantrell Evans. Mrs. Hoak was retired from the Hubbard Co. She was predeceased by her husband, Mr. David L. Hoak.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Cora Morris and Mrs. Jennifer Martin both of Temple; two brohters, Mr. Dwayne Evans of Temple, and Mr. Lemuel Evans of Dallas; four grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 27, 2004 at 4:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Pastor Bruce Gore officiating. Interment will follow in the Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery in Paulding County with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Tim Evans, Travis Hutcheson, David Evans, Chad Cowan, Mallie Martin, Mike Calhoun, and Shane Jackson.
Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
