1936 - 2004
Mrs. Jo Ann Daniel Hutcheson, age 67, of Buchanan passed away Saturday, May 29, 2004. Mrs. Hutcheson was born in Cherokee County, Alabama on May 31, 1936. She was the daughter of the late Mr. W.L. Daniel and the late Ms. Ina Peace. Mrs. Hutcheson was the Haralson County Clerk Of Superior Court. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. James Hutcheson.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Danny (Patty) Hutcheson of Buchanan; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Fred (Marie) Ezzell and Mrs. Sheila McDowell all of Buchanan; one grandchild, Miss Kathryn Rose Hutcheson of Buchanan; and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, June 1, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. from the Buchanan United Methodist Church with Rev. Robby McMahan officiating. The euology will be by Judge Richard Sutton and remarks by Judge Eddie Hulsey. The music will be rendered by the Buchanan United Methodist Church Choir under the direction of Kersha Cartwright. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Leamon Stephens, Jack Witcher, Max Witcher, Eddie Hulsey, Chalmus Weatherby, Oscar Addison, Mark Murphy, and Vaughn Gable. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Superior Court Clerks of Georgia, the staff of the Haralson County Superior Court Clerk's office, and the staff of Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel.
Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.

May God be with the Hutcheson family during this time. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Hutcheson over the last several years as a staff memeber of GSCCCA. She was always so pleasant over the phone and just a model Clerk to work with. It is my sincere prayer that God will continue to keep & strengthen the Hutcheson family as well as the entire staff of the Haralson County Clerk of Superior Court.
