DANIEL BOONE PRINCE

1930 – 2003

DANIEL BOONE PRINCE 73 of Selmer, Tenn. formerly of Lawrence County Kentucky passed away on April 12, 2003 at McNairy Regional Hospital in Selmer.

Daniel was born February 10, 1930 in Lawrence County the son of the late George Shelby and Nannie Burchett Prince. He was a retired steel melter and a United States veteran of the Korean War. Mr. Prince was Baptist in belief.

Survivors include his wife

Laura Jane Preece Prince of Selmer, Tenn.

A Son: Gary Lee Prince of Selmer

3 Sisters: Nellie Taylor of Calcutta, Ohio, Dorothy Spillman of Columbus, Ohio, and Faye Hanshaw of Louisa, Ky.

A brother: John Prince of Lockbourne, Ohio

A Granddaughter: Katie Nichole Prince of West Milford, New Jersey.

He was preceded in death by a son Daniel Alan Prince and a sister Celo Cooper.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday April 19th at 1:00 pm at Wilson Funeral Home by Rev. Carl Ray Diamond. Burial was in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens at Louisa, Kentucky. Friends may call from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Friday April 18th at Wilson Funeral Home.

Arrangements were under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home Louisa, Ky.
