ERNEST (TUBBY) FRAZIER 35, of Ashland, Ky. Formerly of Clifford passed away Tuesday August 26th at Wheelersburg, Ohio.
Tubby was born Oct. 31, 1967 at Louisa, Ky. The son of Ruby Cole Vance and Sheridon Frazier.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday August 29th at 1:00 pm at Wilson Funeral Home. Friends may call after 9:00 am Friday at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Frazier Cemetery at Clifford, Ky.
