James L. Simpson

JAMES L. SIMPSON age 85 of Louisa, Ky. went to be with the Lord on Tuesday February 3, 2004.

James was born January 6, 1919 in Louisa, Ky. the son of the late Giles A. and Nellie Hatcher Simpson. He was the retired owner of Simpson Auto Parts, served as Deacon at the Louisa Free Will Baptist Church were he was a member for 57 years. James also was a 60 year member of the Apperson Masonic Lodge a Kentucky Colonel and long time supporter of Camp Caleb.

He is survived by his wife Jo Welch Simpson

3 Daughters and Son in Laws Nellie and Leonard Wellman, Mary Jo and Randy Simpkins, and Tammy and L.T. Adkins,

A Son and Daughter in Law Jim and Shelly Simpson

A Brother and Sister in Law Robert and Phyliss Simpson

5 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren and a Host of Friends.

Dr. James A. Hayes, Rev. Vinny Vanhoose, Rev. Ronnie Woods, and Rev. Jason Cassell will conduct funeral services on Friday February 6th at 3:00 pm at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call from 6:00 to 9:00 pm Friday February 5th at Wilson Funeral Home.

Arrangements were under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.
