Lucy B. Barker Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1947 - 2004 Lucy B. Barker age 56 of Louisa, Ky. passed away on Tuesday February 24, 2004 at Three Rivers Medical Center. Lucy was born August 11, 1947 in Blaine, Ky. the daughter of the late Hubert and Sylvia Sparks Osborne. She was a homemaker and member of the Salt Petre Church. Survivors include: A Daughter: Lucky Rives 5 Sisters: Betty Osborne, Theia Faye Bates, Ella Sue Moore, Patsy Arrington, and Brenda Smith 4 Brothers: Hubert Milton Osborne, Raymond Lee Osborne, Jerry Osborne, and Harold Osborne 2 Grandchildren: Sylvia Rose Rives and James Eric Rives Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday Feb. 26th at 11:00 am at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Wednesday at Wilson Funeral Home.
