Doris Jean WorkmanDORIS JEAN JOBE WORKMAN AGE 70, OF LOUISA, KY. PASSED AWAY SATURDAY APRIL 24th, 2004 AT HER HOME.

DORIS WAS BORN JANUARY 19th, 1934 AT LOUISA, KY. THE DAUGHTER OF THE LATE CHESTER AND MYRTIE CARTER JOBE. SHE WAS A HOMEMAKER AND A MEMBER OF THE BRADLEY GAP FREEWILL BAPTIST CHURCH.

DORIS WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY:

HER HUSBAND: ARLIE “HOOVER” WORKMAN WHO DIED IN 1989.

A SISTER: ROSEMARY PENNINGTON

5 BROTHERS: CHARLES JOBE, JAMES JOBE, CLIFFORD JOBE, HAROLD JOBE AND HERSHEL JOBE.

SHE IS SURVIVED BY:

4 DAUGHTERS & SON-IN-LAWS: BONITA (BUDDY) DEBORD, RITA (BOB) NOLEN, MYRICE (JR.) WILKS AND SUE WORKMAN.

3 SONS AND DAUGHTER-IN-LAWS: ARLIE EUGENE (FERN) WORKMAN, BOBBY JOE (CAROL) WORKMAN AND LARRY VESSIE (SHIRLEY) WORKMAN.

A STEP-SON: RANDALL (SHELIA) WORKMAN

4 SISTERS: LORENE McGAFFEY, JEWELL TRIPLETT, SHARON CAMPBELL AND DIXIE HENSLEY.

12 GRANDCHILDREN: OKENIA BELLOMY, JESSICA NELSON, AIMEE WORKMAN, ANNIE WORKMAN, CHRIS WORKMAN, COURTNEY WORKMAN, SARAH FLETCHER, MARCELLIA WORKMAN, JIM BOB NOLEN, MISTY MARCUM, CHRISTY YOUNG AND JAMES FAIRCHILD.

7 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday April 27th at 1:00 pm by Rev. John Deboard and Rev. Larry Sparks at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Workman Cemetery at Louisa, Ky.

Friends may call after 4:00 pm Monday at Wilson Funeral Home.
