Phyllis Shorten Kirk Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1939 - 2004 PHYLLIS SHORTEN KIRK age 64 of Pearl Street Louisa, Ky. passed away Tuesday May 11, 2004 at Kings Daughters Medical Center. Phyllis was born November 18, 1939 in Delaware, Indiana the daughter of the late William L. and Mary A. Helton Shorten. She was a homemaker. Survivors include: Her former husband: Ira Kirk 4 Daughters and Son-in-Laws: Trena and Sidney Blackburn, Lorie and David Ison, Mary Jane and Doug Foster, and Nellie and Darrell Hopson A Son and Daughter-in-Law: James F. and Ruth Ann Kirk 2 Sisters: Wilma Robbins and Pat and Steve Foist 6 Grandchildren and 1 on the Way Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday May 13th at 2:00 pm at Wilson Funeral Home by Bro. Jason Crum. Burial will follow in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens at Louisa, Ky. Friends may call after 6:00 pm Wednesday at Wilson Funeral Home.
